CSIR UGC NET June 2026 Result and Rank DeclaredDeclared

The National Testing Agency has declared the result and rank of the Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2026 examination. Scores were declared on 29 August 2026 and the result with rank followed on 10 September 2026. Scorecards can be viewed, downloaded and printed from csirnet.nta.nic.in.

Rank matters in CSIR-NET in a way it does not in every qualifying examination. Junior Research Fellowship awards are made against a limited number of fellowships in each subject, so where you sit in the merit list of your own subject decides whether you qualify for JRF, for Lectureship or Assistant Professor eligibility, or for neither. The scorecard states which of these you have qualified for, and that is the document institutions will ask for.

Download and keep a printed copy now rather than later. Candidates need it for admission to Ph.D programmes, for fellowship claims and for appointment as Assistant Professor, and portals for a given session do not stay open indefinitely.
