Who we are

Sarkari Results Dekho (sarkariresultsdekho.com) publishes information about government job notifications, results, admit cards, answer keys and syllabus, with links to the official websites that issue them. We are not affiliated with any government body.

You do not need an account

There is no sign-up and no login for readers. You can browse every page on this site without telling us who you are.

What you send us

If you use Report missing or the “Report this post” form, we store what you type: the title, the details of the problem, and the official link if you provide one. Your name and email address are optional on those forms - if you fill them in, we store them so we can follow up.

We also record the IP address the submission came from. We use it only to limit how many reports can be sent from one place, which is what keeps the form from being flooded with spam.

What is collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. It sets cookies and reports things like pages viewed, approximate location (usually city level), device type and browser. We see totals and trends, not individuals.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and requested URLs, for security and reliability.

Advertising and cookies

We show ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies at aboutads.info.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalised ads are served, through a consent management platform certified by Google.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share the details you submit with anyone for marketing. The services that process data on our behalf are our hosting provider, our database provider, Google Analytics and Google AdSense.

How long we keep it

Reports are kept until they have been reviewed and acted on, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can spot repeat issues. IP addresses recorded for rate limiting are kept only as long as they are useful for that purpose.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies does not stop you reading anything on this site.

If you sent us a report and want it removed, contact us and tell us roughly what it said and when, and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Almost every update here links to an official government website so you can verify it and apply. Once you follow such a link you are on that organisation’s website, and their privacy policy applies, not ours. Always apply through official portals.

Children

This site is intended for people applying for government jobs and examinations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Changes take effect when they are posted.
