HPSC Scheme, Pattern and Syllabus Released for Multiple Posts 2026Syllabus

The Haryana Public Service Commission has published the scheme, pattern of examination and detailed syllabus for four separate recruitments: Senior Scientific Assistant and Junior Scientific Assistant, Manager (Personnel) under Advertisement 01/2026, Assistant Director under Advertisement 26/2022, and Senior Motor Vehicle Inspector and Motor Vehicle Inspector. The four notices were issued between 04 August and 24 August 2026 and are available on hpsc.gov.in.

Three things are published together and they answer different questions. The scheme tells you how many papers there are, what each carries in marks and how the commission arrives at the final merit. The pattern tells you the form of the paper, objective or descriptive, how long it runs and whether there is negative marking. The syllabus lists the topics each paper can draw from.

For anyone already preparing for one of these posts, this is the document to plan around, because it is the only statement of scope the commission is bound by. Read the notice for your own advertisement number rather than a summary of it, and check the advertisement number carefully, as the Assistant Director syllabus relates to Advertisement 26/2022 while the Manager (Personnel) syllabus relates to Advertisement 01/2026.
