MPESB Van Rakshak & Jail Prahari PET Admit Card 2026PET 7-18 Oct

The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board held the written exam for the Van Rakshak, Kshetra Rakshak, Jail Prahari and Assistant Jail Superintendent Recruitment Test 2026 from 4 to 20 June 2026 and declared the result on 14 August 2026. Candidates declared eligible for the second stage can now download their physical test call letters from esb.mp.gov.in using their application number and date of birth.

For the Jail Department posts, physical measurement, the Physical Efficiency Test and document verification are being held from 7 to 18 October 2026, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, at the International Sports Complex, opposite MP Shooting Academy, Nathu Barkheda Road, Neelbad, Bhopal. Assistant Jail Superintendent candidates (256) appear on 7 October; Jail Prahari candidates are split by application number across 8 to 18 October (about 750 per day). Van Rakshak and Kshetra Rakshak candidates should check the date and venue printed on their own call letter.

The PET is qualifying only. For Jail Prahari, men must run 800 m in 2 min 50 sec and put a 7.26 kg shot 20 ft; women must run 800 m in 4 min and put a 4 kg shot 16 ft. Height required is 165 cm for men and 158 cm for women, with an unexpanded chest of 83 cm for men. Assistant Jail Superintendent candidates need 168 cm (men) / 155 cm (women), a chest of 84-89 cm for men, an 800 m run in 2 min 40 sec (men) / 3 min 40 sec (women), a long jump of 13 ft / 10 ft and a shot put of 19 ft / 15 ft. Up to three attempts are allowed in the jump and shot put, and the test is video-recorded.
