The Railway Recruitment Boards have released the detailed Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) No. 06/2026 for Non-Technical Popular Categories (Graduate). There are 3,548 vacancies across all RRBs: Goods Train Manager 2,750 (Level 5, Rs. 29,200), Senior Clerk cum Typist 371 (Level 5), Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist 300 (Level 5) and Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor 127 (Level 6, Rs. 35,400). RRB-wise and zone-wise vacancies are in Annexure B of the CEN.

Candidates can apply to only one RRB and give their order of preference for posts and zones within it; multiple applications lead to rejection and debarment. The typing skill test for Senior Clerk and Junior Accounts Assistant has been dispensed with for this CEN, though typing proficiency will be assessed after joining.

Applications are open on rrbapply.gov.in from 8 October to 6 November 2026 (11:59 PM), with fee payment until 8 November. Submitted applications can be modified from 9 to 18 November 2026 on payment of a Rs. 250 modification fee. CBT dates will be announced on the RRB websites.
