The Railway Recruitment Cell of North Western Railway, Jaipur, has issued Engagement of Apprentices Notice No. 04/2026 (NWR/AA) dated 30 September 2026 for 2,008 Act Apprentice slots under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for 2026-27. Online applications open on 7 October and close at 11:59 PM on 6 November 2026, only at rrcjaipur.in.

The slots are spread across the Ajmer, Bikaner, Jaipur and Jodhpur divisions and NWR workshops and units, including the carriage workshops at Ajmer, Bikaner and Jodhpur. Candidates choose a division or unit and should check that it has slots in their ITI trade, as an application to a unit with no slot in that trade may be rejected.

Shortlisted candidates go through document verification and a medical examination. The age limit is 15 to 24 years as on 6 November 2026, relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PwBD.
