UKSSSC Technician Grade-II Recruitment 2026 for 78 Posts (PTCUL & UJVNL)Apply from 12 Oct

The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission has issued Advertisement No. 83/2026 dated 5 October 2026 for 78 Group-C posts: Technician Grade-II (Electrical) in Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd (37), and Technician Grade-II (Electrical) (16) and Technician Grade-II (Mechanical) (25) in Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd. All posts carry pay of Rs. 27,200-86,100 (Level 4).

Online applications run from 12 October to 25 November 2026, with corrections from 28 to 30 November. Candidates need High School with Science and Maths, an ITI certificate in Electrician (or Electronics) or Fitter as relevant, and 2 years of work experience. Age must be 18 to 42 years on 1 July 2026. Candidates must also meet Uttarakhand's eligibility conditions, such as employment exchange registration, domicile, or schooling in the state.

Selection is through a 100-mark, 2-hour objective OMR exam with 1/4 negative marking, tentatively on 14 March 2027. The minimum qualifying marks are 45% for UR, EWS and OBC and 35% for SC and ST.
