UPSC Advt No 11/2026 Online Form for 212 Posts

The Union Public Service Commission has invited Online Recruitment Applications under Advertisement No. 11/2026, dated 10 September 2026, for 212 posts across seven categories. Applications close at 18:00 on 02 October 2026, except for posts in the Union Territory of Ladakh, where the closing date is 18:00 on 09 October 2026.

The bulk of the advertisement is two large categories. There are 140 posts of Assistant Public Prosecutor in the Directorate of Prosecution, Home Department, and 60 posts of Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (General Medicine) in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The remainder are smaller: 4 Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Anatomy), 4 Public Law Officer or District Litigation Officer, 2 Assistant Editor in the Indian Bureau of Mines and 2 Specialist Grade II posts in NDMC.

This is recruitment by selection to specific posts rather than a common examination, so eligibility is defined post by post. The essential qualifications, experience and age limits for each vacancy are stated against it in the advertisement, and there is no single answer that covers all seven categories.
