BHASHINI and CAG Launch AI Translation Tool 'CAG-BHASHINI Anuvaad'

The Digital India BHASHINI Division under MeitY, together with the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, launched 'CAG-BHASHINI Anuvaad', an AI-enabled tool for translating official CAG documents and audit reports. It was launched at the closing ceremony of Hindi Pakhwada 2026 at the CAG office in New Delhi, in the presence of CAG K. Sanjay Murthy. The customised language AI focuses on consistent terminology and contextual translation, with human oversight kept in the process.
