NCAHP Notifies Regulations for Autonomous Boards and Central Assessment Committee

The National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) has notified the Autonomous Boards and Central Assessment Committee (Establishment, Constitution, Functions and Powers) Regulations, 2026, under the NCAHP Act, 2021. The regulations set up Autonomous Boards under State Allied and Healthcare Councils, each with 10 to 20 members including a President. They provide for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Boards to implement course standards, an Assessment and Rating Board to inspect, assess and rate institutions and publish the ratings, and an Ethics and Registration Board to verify professionals' documents and recommend registration. Inspections will be done by three-member teams that submit an Institution Verification Report, with safeguards against conflict of interest. Board members must disclose assets, liabilities and conflicts of interest. For exams: NCAHP was set up under the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021.

राष्ट्रीय सहबद्ध और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल व्यवसाय आयोग (NCAHP) ने NCAHP अधिनियम, 2021 के तहत स्वायत्त बोर्ड और केंद्रीय मूल्यांकन समिति (स्थापना, गठन, कार्य और शक्तियां) विनियम, 2026 अधिसूचित किए हैं। इन विनियमों के तहत राज्य सहबद्ध और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल परिषदों के अधीन स्वायत्त बोर्ड बनेंगे, जिनमें अध्यक्ष सहित 10 से 20 सदस्य होंगे। इनमें पाठ्यक्रम मानकों को लागू करने के लिए स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर बोर्ड, संस्थानों के निरीक्षण, मूल्यांकन और रेटिंग तथा उसे सार्वजनिक करने के लिए मूल्यांकन एवं रेटिंग बोर्ड, और पेशेवरों के दस्तावेज़ सत्यापित कर पंजीकरण की सिफारिश करने के लिए नैतिकता एवं पंजीकरण बोर्ड का प्रावधान है। निरीक्षण तीन सदस्यीय टीमें करेंगी, जो संस्थान सत्यापन रिपोर्ट देंगी, और हितों के टकराव से बचाव के प्रावधान भी हैं। बोर्ड सदस्यों को अपनी संपत्ति, देनदारियां और हितों के टकराव घोषित करने होंगे। परीक्षा के लिए: NCAHP का गठन राष्ट्रीय सहबद्ध और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल व्यवसाय आयोग अधिनियम, 2021 के तहत हुआ है।
